They function as an integrated team, using modern established treatment methods.
All are staff are individually vetted and their references/qualifications thoroughly checked.
The majority of our staff have been with the clinic for absolute years, and personally known which makes for excellent team synergy and home spun humour.
Your consultant remains responsible for your overall treatment throughout your stay. They will maintain close communication with the unit staff regarding your care and progress.
Your consultant will decide the frequency of follow up calls whilst you are in the Clinic. The Clinic requires your consultant to see you at least twice a week. You are naturally welcome to request to see them anytime.

Crescent Clinic is also a training resource for health professionals. Research can improve the quality of patient care, help improve the understanding of what causes serious emotional illness and help improve on treatment methods currently available. Crescent Clinic supports research and actively encourages participation whether independent or in collaboration.

Consultant Fees
Your consultant psychiatrist/psychologist is entirely independent of the hospital and the fees for out patient consultations or treatments should be agreed between you and directly settled with your consultant, unless otherwise notified.
